Garden Tales is a series of illustration-led picture books featuring small creatures with big personalities. Here is a small selection of artwork from the first book, Snails’ Garden, currently under consideration with publishers. Text has been redacted to protect the manuscript during submission.

The collection also includes a second tale about Twiddle, a shy, perfection-seeking spider, and a third about Tiptoe, a little ant learning to be brave one scared step at a time, each story exploring courage, family, curiosity, and the quiet magic hidden in the garden.

Here’s a glimpse into my illustration process. Some spreads start as paintings before I refine them digitally. The final image might change along the way, but it all begins here, with brushstrokes, colour, and care, bringing each little corner of the garden to life.
