My love of illustration began with picture books. Collecting them with my children continues to inspire my work and motivate me to create my own magic between the endpages. Here you can find all things picture-book related, imagined spreads and exploratory illustrations created with children’s books in mind. You’ll also find a small glimpse into Snails’ Garden, one of three children’s stories I’m developing within my ‘Garden Tales’ world, all set at the bottom of the garden and both written and illustrated by me. These books explore small moments of courage, connection, and curiosity through playful, expressive storytelling. The pieces here are self-initiated projects, developed to explore storytelling, character, and sequential illustration, and are part of my portfolio alongside commissioned work.
